AFFIRM Foundation (AFo) advocates for wise advancement and use of human-centered agentic AI that sustains genuine personhood, while empowering principled change leadership. AFo has one eye focused on protecting our youth and the other on revitalizing our professions.

Our unique approach enhances empathy, effectiveness and economy of and for each person, as they safely provide their services and/or contribute in other ways to ecosystem-wide interaction, learning and development. The new approach guides and coordinates collaboration in building global leadership by sustaining what is valued most while transforming what needs improvement, thus capitalizing on one's current capabilities, as well as to bring in and build new ones.

Our vision is to creatively advocate, in surprisingly simple yet powerful ways, for Internet-wide use of such best practices in continuous learning and opportunity recognition. We intend to serve market leading platforms in their transition to human-centered principles and practices. Whether they initially buy into it or not, those who make the transition will thank us later! So whether you're interests are personal, commercial and/or collective, talent, technology and other resources will be gainfully deployed to help you optimize your interests and value. To make this possible, we advocate for vendor and platform independent technology that safely secures self-sovereignty over one's personhood and interactions, starting with helping such individual and corporate persons to prioritize their values, such as levels of openness and risk-taking they are willing to endure, while also guiding and motivating learning and development that optimizes one's impact.

Our mission is to ensure you and those dependent on you not only stay safe and secure online, but are also are able to wisely prepare for and optimize  their positive impact in fulfilling professions, even in the face of disruptive AI. We advocate for all people to be treated as valued professionals and for safe technology that makes it possible for each person to find, enter and sustain their unique professional callings. The tech helps users to continuously strive to sustain what they value most as they utilize their unique assets to most safely better themselves and their ability to serve others. We facilitate development and use of technology that dynamically provides real-time personalized guidance on how best co-create value with potential and actual members of a person's unique network of collaborators they work with throughout their various shared decision-making and value co-creation processes.

In other words, as our personal and professional lives become more digitally interconnected, AFo and partners will help you and your dependents to securely stave off threats, even while opportunistically discovering professions, partners and interactions which are most mutually beneficial. By empowering individuals and groups in this way, we will not only help all involved be more safe, free and enterprising, but also more conscientious and productive as 'response-able' co-creators of value.
